Cookie Dude is a UK-based multimedia design company. We design Web sites, 3D visualisations, brand identities, DVD menus, graphics and all other types of digital media. We focus exclusively on design. We believe that taking design seriously means originality is important and we don't believe that professionalism = dullness. If we had a slogan, it would be: if it's not interesting, forget it - because your audience will.
News
12/12/11: *** Season's Greetings *** | Twelve months and four promises the recession's ended have come and gone, so 2011 must be over. A huge thankyou from us to all our customers, who have kept us busy throughout the year. It's been a tough one for almost everyone on the planet, but we're still here, desgining, coding and glad to wish everyone a merry Christmas and prosperous 2012!
01/11/11: Bringing Laughter to the Fore | The golf day: a corporate ritual as well-known as the MD's rendition of 'My Way' at the Christmas party. When it comes to entertainment, golf events need more than a lot of balls, which is where golfcomedians.co.uk comes in handy. This new site is a one-stop shop for comedians and speakers you can depend upon to make any golf event a hole-in-one. Guaranteed 99% pun-free.
01/09/11: Going Out to All Jinglists | You may not have heard of Urban Radio, but you will have heard their work. For over ten years Urban Radio has been producing jingles, commercials and effects for the world's radio stations. We've been their multimedia designer since 2000 and in August we created their latest online presence, offering quality audio samples - and of course, lovely 3D graphics.
01/07/11: Salon and On and On | We've been the salon group's multimedia designer since 2005 and last month we launched a brand new version of their site with mobile support. It pays to stay in style.
01/05/11: A Tall Order, a Pretty Site | Brendan Healy is a man you'll recognise. You might wonder where you first saw him though - it could have been Max & Paddy, Auf Wiedersehen Pet, Spender or maybe Lindisfarne*. Brendan's been a stand-up comedian for over fifteen years and his new Web site showcases some great videos of his genuinely hilarious material. Click it: brendanhealy.co.uk and weep. *a gnarly band
01/03/11: Times May Change, but Food Still Matters | Back in 2002 we created a site for the award-winning London PR agency, Food Matters. Like both our companies, the site stood the test of time eminently. Furthermore, something on which we both agree is: a client is for life, not just for Christmas. With a new site but the same cost-effective, no-nonsense attitude, we now present Food Matters 2.0.
01/09/10: The Man ... The Voice ... The Site | Riccardo Goldsmith makes any occasion go with a swing. And with motown and soul too. A professional singer for more than 16 years, Riccardo has performed with famous artists like Alexander O'Neal and James Taylor. But if you haven't heard of him yet, just click here: riccardomusic.com and remember that we told you about him first!
01/07/10: England Gets Fizzical | This may surprise you, but some English wines are world class; this is a comparatively recent phenomenon though. English sparkling wine is becoming the new Champagne, or so the press are now saying. You can find out why by visiting our latest site, englishsparklingwine.co.uk, which is curated by Stephen Skelton MW, leading authority on English wines.
01/05/10: A Grape Way to Get Away | We've been designing sites for restaurateur Stephen Barrett since the 90s and in April we added another new one: wineholidays.net, an "exactly what the domain says" enterprise which offers vinicultural excursions around Europe's greatest wine-producing regions - all under the warm and informed tutelage of Mr. Barrett! Please note: this site is 13.5 degrees proof.
01/03/10: Simon Acland: the true story of Venture Capital | We've created sites for authors before, but none with such a varied oevre as Simon Acland. Before writing two acclaimed historical novels, Simon spent 20 years as a high-flying venture capitalist. Simon's fiction site is now online at simonacland.com and his non-fiction site venture-capital-advice.com showcases 'Angels, Dragons & Vultures', his new book for entrepreneurs.
